Is this because monthlyT is set to realtime in extra web files instead of just process ticked?

An entry gets added each time an entry is added to the data logs. What is your configured data log interval?
It has nothing to do with the Internet upload settings.

So that's why the monthly SQL table has an entry every minute. It contains the same data as the monthly data log.
