Instromet not uploading via FTP, but realtime dials work

We are having an issue with uploads to our website.

We are using Cumulus 1.9.4 on Windows 7, with an Instromet weather station and data logger.

The software connects perfectly with the data logger, and we can see the windspeed, direction and temperature displaying in the main window.

We have configured web update of the standard web pages via FTP every 15 minutes, and realtime update every 30 secs.

Strangely, the stats and gauges do not update unless we use the manual update option ("File -> Web Update" from main menu), and yet the real time gauges are working perfectly.

This is very strange- if there was an issue with our configuration of the FTP settings we should not expect to see any upload taking place whatsoever. Given that the manual update works, as does the real time, it would suggest the software is failing to schedule the html upload as expected. Please advise.

(ps- I was hoping to connect to the PC this evening to set up some logs but there seems to be a global outage of the remote control service we use to access it.)

Have you looked at the FAQ? The usual reason for this is described there - http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#Cumulu ... eb_uploads

If you believe that this FAQ does not apply, please zip up the diags folder and attach it, and I'll take a look.

Looking at your Trends screen you are not getting any pressure readings so the FAQ would apply.
