revs CPU over %50

Using cumulus 1.9.4 on windows 10, usually works fine but intermittently runs CPU up over %50. if shut down and restarted its fine and sometimes goes for a long time ok and sometimes it revs the CPU after a short time.
any ideas?

If you zip up the diags folder and attach it, and give me the times when this happened recently, I'll take a look. But I think you're going to have to track down what exactly is happening at the time that this happens - e.g. ftp upload or whatever.
Is it actually causing you a problem?

Yeah, when it happens my computer bogs down so bad nothing will load and things freeze up. But thankfully it happens only intermittently and so I will try to catch the diags info next time.
