CumulusMX not listening potr 8998 - RaspberryPi

Hello.
I was forced to re-install the system on my Raspberry Pi.
Everything installed, mono version 3.2.8. However, the script cumulusmx.sh will not run properly. Everything is progressing well. However, not listening on port 8998. Before the script shows the following messages:

What could be the problem?

I don't recognise any of this as being anything to do with Cumulus, so presumably it's something to do with Jan's script - I don't really know. What happens if you run Cumulus 'normally', i.e. without the script?

How do I start the Cumulus MX "normally".

Change to the directory where you have installed CumulusMX.
Type "Sudo mono CumulusMX.exe" ( without speech marks
then "enter"

CumulusMX should run.

Probably a problem with mono.
The following message appears.

The assembly mscorlib.dll was not found or could not be loaded.
It should have been installed in the `/usr/local/lib/mono/4.5/mscorlib.dll' directory.

It's strange, because the script runs the Cumulus MX, but does not open the port.
I have Mono installed.

Have you installed the mono-complete package, as in the instructions?

I installed mono-complete.
The problem disappeared for the first restart of the device.
Now, there is a problem as in the beginning.

Do you see two lines and what are the port numbers?

It is used only port 22 for ssh.

The problem was solved, helped two more restarts the device.
Now, every time you start the device, CumulusMX starts without a problem.
