Here are the details using an ambient weather fine offset WS2080:

SIGSEGV: normal
Notifications: epoll
Architecture: armel,vfp+hard
Disabled: none
Misc: softdebug
LLVM: supported, not enabled.
GC: sgen

Looking for Fine Offset station, VendorID=0x1941 ProductID=0x8021
sysname=Linux release=4.1.19 machine=armv7l
Fine Offset station not found
Cumulus running at: http://*:8998/
(Replace * with any IP address on this machine, or localhost)
Starting web socket server on port 8002

Bus 001 Device 005: ID 1941:8021 Dream Link WH1080 Weather Station / USB Missile Launcher
Bus 001 Device 004: ID 13ba:0017 PCPlay PS/2 Keyboard+Mouse Adapter
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0424:ec00 Standard Microsystems Corp. SMSC9512/9514 Fast Ethernet Adapter
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 0424:9514 Standard Microsystems Corp.
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Why does HidTest not find Device 005? The weather station works perfectly under Windows using Cumulus (weather.theweissguy.com).
Any sugestions preferably from some successfully using a Fine Offset on a PI3?
