Why does HidTest not find Device 005? The weather station works perfectly under Windows using Cumulus (weather.theweissguy.com).

Any sugestions preferably from some successfully using a Fine Offset on a PI3?

I'm not using a Fine Offset on a Pi3, but I thought I might offer a couple of suggestions anyway. Do you have libudev0 installed? And are you running privileged - i.e. using sudo or under user root?

If that doesn't help, try turning on debug logging in Cumulus.ini and look at the MX diags file - there might be something helpful in there.

That's it - need to run as privileged. Works great, also now using mono 4.0.5. Many thanks for the simple fix!!
