Cumulus Support

Hello , I have the Cumulus v1.9.4 (build 1099 ) . Upload the data to my web with the default template , but why not stop updating data on the website. When I restart the program makes a data upload , but the next and not up and I get the blank page . I reinstalled the program, but I still happening. Any solution? I thought it might be hosting problem , but at the same web upload data from another loa weather station and does not give me any problems. Leave the web that fails me , you will see that is loaded blank.

Have you tried changing the 'active ftp' setting, as suggested in the FAQ? If that doesn't help, you need to turn on ftp logging and look at ftplog.txt, as also suggested in the FAQ.

I changed the option "active ftp" and still not working. The second thing we say logging ftp do not understand what you mean.

PD: Comment that has been running for several months, and left nothing untouched working. This same bug has already happened to me a few days, but corrected itself.

Turn on ftp logging, as mentioned in the FAQ. It's on the configuration menu, as also mentioned in the FAQ. This creates an ftplog.txt file in the Cumulus folder, which may be helpful in diagnosing the problem.

From what you say, it sounds like a problem with your system or your ftp server, and you're going to have to determine the cause yourself. It's very unlikely to be a bug in Cumulus.
