Cumulus Support

I had been using Virtual Weather Station and it would stop working with my Oregon Scientific WMR918 using Windows 10 so I am trying Cumulus. I had problems months ago with VWS and found the options in Windows and unchecked so USB ports would quit going to sleep. It ran ok after that until recently. Now it stops every day or 2 but at least Cumulus gives a bug report which I have attached. Does this look to be a hardware issue with the weather station or pc? This station is a little older and I have to convert the serial port to USB if that makes a difference. Thanks for your help.

The exception is a "device read error", so that points to a problem with either the console or the connection to it.

OK, thank you for your reply. I am trying it on a different pc now so I can eliminate a computer problem. I may have to buy a new weather station but I'll try to isolate the issue the best I can. I wouldn't be very happy if I bought another weather station and still had the same problem.
