Cumulus Support

Hi, I have been using Cumulus since Christmas and not had any issues at all. I have come home from work today to find errors and no data being transfered from the weather station console. The console is receiving data from the station outside. I have tried resetting the console completely as the error log suggested, no joy.

I have attached the error log below.

Any help would be welcomed.

It's a problem with the console. If you've definitely done a full reset (removed batteries and USB cable for a few minutes), then the console may be faulty. You can try the setting mentioned in the FAQ that specifically refers to this problem, but as the FAQ says, it's unlikely to help. You may be lucky.

Yes did a full reset, batteries out and unplugged for 20 mins...

Didn't seem to want to play.

I uninstalled Cumulus and reinstalled everything sprang back to life.... Not sure what the problem was, but happy now..
