Presume you have write permissions in the directory you are trying to save the files in?

Are you using a Cumulus.ini from Cumulus 1, or is this a completely fresh installation? What locale are you using? What version of mono? Is there an error logged in the MX diags file at the same time? If you use the F12 console in your browser (or a local proxy like Fiddler) to look at the response, does it show anything more useful than than the "error [object Object]" message?

I use completely fresh Cumulus.ini . I use locale en-GB . Mono version 3.2.8 . In MX Diags are not logged any errors.
Sorry I dont know what does you mean with "F12 console ".
Definitely I have write permission. If I change e.g. extra web settings, it works good.

The "F12 console" is what appears when you use the F12 key while in your browser.
If you attach your Cumulus.ini file here (remove any passwords) I'll see if I can reproduce the problem.

Your file works fine for me, and your latitude and longitude also appear correctly. If you zip up the MXdiags folder and attach it, I'll see if I can see anything.
The error messages would be in the network part of the F12 console, not the javascript console. The response to sending the settings.

Sorry, I don't know why it doesn't work for you but it does for me, other than the fact that my Pi is set to en-GB by default, but you are using the -lang parameter, so your Pi presumably uses some other locale by default? The usual cause of that 'object' message is using a locale with decimal commas (not supported by mono 3.2.8) so perhaps the -lang setting isn't working completely, for some reason.
The actual error message from the response would be useful. It doesn't look like you actually attempted to change the settings in that diags file? I did ask for all of them, but I'm used to being ignored when I ask for information
You need to correct those errors in your data logs.

I have to use -lang option because when I run it without it I receive error message :
pi@web:~/CumulusMX $ sudo mono CumulusMX.exe
Current culture: Czech (Czech Republic)
Serial: 2567A5EC9705EB7AC2C984033E06189D

I have got the same problem. I was unable to set Debug over web user interface - cumulus.ini file doesn' save. Then I have manually added Logging=1 to Cumulus.ini file and from there on I could also change value by web user interface-settings menu.
Search for your parameter name on wiki site
http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/Cumulus.ini and add it manually to Your Cumulus.ini file. Then will be OK.

Yes, this is because your Pi is set to Czech. Do you need it set to Czech for some other purpose, other than Cumulus? If not, the best solution would be to set it to en-GB, then you wouldn't need to use the -lang setting. That would at least prove that this is the problem.
It's very hard to say exactly what the problem is without the actual error message (in the reply).

I've noticed that the error appears only in the Station settings, I'm not able to save when change something in this page, but I can change Internet Settings and all the other Settings labels.

There should be an error message in the MX diags file at the time that you attempted the settings update.

Some errors in screenshots... And just one line with
"2016-04-12 19:20:21.817 Input string was not in the correct format"
