I can't be any more specific, sorry. The latest version has been mentioned and the screen shot provided where the latest version number is shown. What is the difficulty?

One more attempt...
Steve posts only the latest version of Cumulus 1 and CumulusMX. Steve posts the current version number in the Announcement section of the forum, and the download includes the version number in the download file name.

If you have build 3038 downloaded from this forum, that is the current one as of now.
