Cumulus Support

Attaching bug report. I am very inexpert at managing computer settings so please be patient and keep it simple.
Note, the bug report says our system is Windows 8, but it is not. it was Windows 7 when I first started using Cumulus, and we have since upgraded to windows 10 - perhaps that's the problem?

A number of people from NZ have had this problem, there are posts about it elsewhere in the forum. Windows 10 has changed your system date/time formats so that it no longer recognises the format that it used before you installed it. It's usually the am/pm indicator which causes the problem. The easiest solution is to change your system settings back to what they were before.
