I'm running Cumulus on a Nextbook Windows 10 with an Ambient WS-2080A. Everything works great untill I close the lid on my Neztbook. Then it says the station is unplugged, not responding, reset by removing batteries.
I've tried turning off sleep mode for the device and the USB port. I've also tried running in Windows 8 compatibility mode. No luck.
Any ideas appreciated.

Re: Data feed stops
There is a specific action that occurs when the lid is closed. Make sure it is set to nothing. You should find that in Control Panel - Power Settings.
Also turn off options for the computer to go to sleep. My ageing Samsung NC10 just turns off the display when I close the lid. In all other respects it remains running 24/7.
Also check that USB devices have the power options set not to go to sleep.

Maybe there is an issue with 10. I'm running XP for mine.
Perhaps another 10 owner can help you out.

Re: Data feed stops
If you go to 'Power Options' then click on 'Change when the computer sleeps' at left, then click 'Change advanced power settings'.
In the popup scroll down to 'Power Buttons and lid'. Change the settings you'd like for the Power Plan shown.
