CumulusMX can't upload data to FTP server

Hi.
I have a problem. I want to send data to FTP server, but Cumulus reports an error. I enter the correct host name, port, directory, user name and password. Cumulus sends data to Weather Underground and PWS weather.
What can I do?
I attached the last file in MXdiags.

This error suggests you are only permitted to make a limited number of connections to your host.

This error is because you have made an error in your filename. The "prohibited" bit of the filename will be the ":" following "http". It looks as if your filename should be something like "arhivi/realtime.txt"

This error is due to the repeated FTP failures.
