Greetings,
I have read through all the suggested materials. I am unable to get Cumulus MX to operate correctly either as a service under srvany or even in the startup file. It starts, but provides no data. If I open the web page it opens but the numbers are not populated. I apologize if I missed this in the documentation, but I would really like it to run as a service. It would seem to be the perfect candidate.

(a patch is available for 1.9.4 build 1099 that extends the date range of drop-down menus to 2030)

Hi All,
I retraced my steps and now have Cumulus MX running as a service under Windows 10 with srvany. I am not sure what I did wrong the last two weekends I tried this. This is a great weather application! Sorry for the inadvertent misinformation.
