Cumulus Support

I had a major computer crash yesterday and need to replace some Cumulus files from backup. This page, http://www.smlweather.com/cumulus/monthlyrecord.htm, shows my problem. What file from a backup should I replace to correct the start data from 18 March 2016 to actual start date of 23 June 2006 and display the various monthly records?
