Hello. Suddenly Cumulus stopped and now does not starts and saying about bugreport.txt.

exception message : '10.1' is not a valid floating point value.
Your yesterday.ini file has a number in it using a decimal point, and Windows cannot understand that as a number, presumably because your locale uses commas for decimals.
