I have noticed that my Wind Direction Gauge on the main Cumulus screen shows the WNW & WSW particularly out of line slightly. I guess it depends on the grid you are using and it may also be to do with my display settings.

Yes, I think it does it deliberately to get the captions within the bounding box of the gauge. I would have to make it wider, and that starts to throw everything else out.
