Incorrect date attributed on "this month" page

Topics about the Beta trials up to Build 3043, the last build by Cumulus's founder Steve Loft. It was by this time way out of Beta but Steve wanted to keep it that way until he made a decision on his and Cumulus's future.

Incorrect date attributed on "this month" page

Post by freddie »

MX running on Ubuntu 15.10, extracting data from VP2 via Virtual VP. 0900 UTC rollover.

The "this month" page on my site (http://www.hosiene.co.uk/weather/thismonth.htm) has the wrong date attributed to the "Highest Daily Range" of temperature. It currently states that the highest daily range of 11.7 degrees occurred on the 14th. Today is the 14th, and the range recorded so far at 1136 UTC is 4.1 degrees.

Did it actually happen yesterday? It could be that it's not doing the date offset for 0900 start of day for that item.

Yes. Max yesterday was 12.7, min 1.1, which gives a range of 11.6 which is close enough allowing for rounding.

That's what I thought.

The end of day reset code subtracts an hour instead of a day (which C1 does correctly) to get the day that's just ended; you can see that in the "Day reset for..." message in the diags file.

Thanks, but not really - I just said what the problem was. Sorry if I wasn't clear.
