Cumulus Support

Cumulus is uploading a blank realtime.txt file to my FTP server and can't get my website to update info.....has anyone seen this issue before?

Is the realtime.txt on your PC also blank? Are the web pages updating correctly (assuming you are using the standard site - you haven't said)? Was it working previously or are you just trying to get it working for the first time?

If realtime.txt is OK no your PC, then it's an FTP issue, so turn on ftp logging and then the realtimeftplog.txt file might provide some help. Reversing the setting of 'use active ftp' mode often helps with blank files, when your firewall setup requires it to be set the other way.

A link to your site, and more information about your setup regarding your web site would be useful.

I unchecked the active FTP mode and that was it. Thank you Steve !!
