Cumulus displaying odd anomalous readings??
Ive been noticing lately some odd readings reported by Cumulus. For example, I came home right now and its 21:44, and my highest wind gust for the day occurred at 23:36. How is that possible?? This all started, to the best of my recollection, after I did a battery change on my receiver. Yesterday I noticed the date was off on the receiver and changed it to the correct day. I dont know how its getting off like that. Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks!

Re: Cumulus displaying odd anomalous readings??
If it's just the high gust that's affected, it's almost certainly because the clock on your station is way off. Cumulus reads the high gust of the day from the console, to make sure that it doesn't get missed, and it allows a few minutes around midnight to allow for a slight difference in the clock between the PC and the console.
Having the clock significantly wrong could also affect other readings when reading logger data is required (i.e. if you close Cumulus down for any length of time).
Do you have Cumulus configured to set the station clock from the PC clock?

No, not to my knowledge. The funny thing is, that high gust was correct one moment, then an hour later different with the later time. It may have just been an anomaly, but Ive noticed it a few times. One instance was the high gust for today and yesterday were identical in MPH and the time they occurred. Ill just have to keep a close eye on it for a while.
How do I configure for it to set the clock based on the PC clock?
