I upgraded to win 10
I can not get mx to start
a black screen come up then goes

The latest of those diags files, for a run at 1.10 pm on the 10th Feb, has this for the Windows version:

2016-02-10 13:10:43.376 OS version: Microsoft Windows NT 6.2.9200.0

I think that's Windows 8, so it would appear that MX isn't even being started on Windows 10. It sounds like you are running it by double-clicking - if you open a command window and run it from there, Windows might put something in the command window that you can read to help determine the problem.

Sounds to me like a firewall issue. You need to allow MX incoming access on ports 8998 and 8002.
