FTP Uploading Error

I am hoping someone can help me. I am experiencing a problem with Cumulus uploading to my website. When I do it manually I receive

Logging in to ###.###.##.##
Changing directory to /public_html/cheddarweather
Uploading standard files
Sending html pages
Already disconnected!

When I look into the directory using FileZilla I see the index.htm is there but 0 bytes and not other files present.

Any advice warmly welcomed.

Thanks

Andrew

Have you got UTF-8 encoding ticked in Web/FTP Settings?

Hello water01,

I have tried ticked and not ticked, both the same.

Have you tried toggling the active ftp mode setting? Getting that wrong usually results in zero length files on the server (due to firewall configurations).

Otherwise, to diagnose FTP issues, you need to turn on ftp logging and look at ftplog.txt

The link in your signature to 'Cheddar Weather' returns a 403 error.
