Ver 187 problems

I've been using version 184 with good luck. But version 187 has some problems. The first is the barometric pressure is 0000 with a rate of change of 0.00. I did try different units but same results. The desktop panel indicates the correct value. Second with wind present most of the day here. The wind run number is 0 miles, all other values are correct.

I don't currently have any logging of the 'live' data read from the WS2300, unfortunately. The value being read must either be zero, or outside the range that Cumulus checks for being sensible (900 to 1200 mb). If you look in one of the files in diags folder, there will be a message about 'pressure offset' - what does it say?

It just adds an amount corresponding to the current wind speed once a minute - so presumably you have zero wind speed (average) indicated also?

Do you run Cumulus all the time, or does it need to use the logger data at start up?

A quick note looking at the Oct09log.txt file the pressure is 25.28.
"04/10/09,09:05,59.5,84,54.7,6.9,9.8,340,0.00,5.18,25.28,5.95,76.6,38,6.9"

Sorry about the delay. I run Cumulus 24 hr. a day, and results are still zero

Have you tried restarting Cumulus? If you let me have the contents of your diags folder zipped up, I'll have a look. Your data files will probably be useful too. Thanks.

It would probably be useful also if you turn on the debug log and let me have that after it's been running for a few minutes. I just don't understand how you can have a pressure recorded in the data file but not displayed on the screen - it's one of those "impossible" situations, if you see what I mean...

I guess a screen shot of the main display would be useful too.
