The forecast number in my realtime.txt never changes from "26"
Never noticed until the other day, checked my settings and low is 28 high is 30 inHg same settings I used in C1
running MX b3036

Do you have the correct units selected for your forecast pressure extremes?

The text forecast on your web site currently corresponds to forecast 21, but your realtime.txt does still have 26 in it, so it could be a bug with the forecast number - I'll check.

What web tag are you using for the forecast on this page - http://weather.cerchia.com/index.htm ?
What do you have 'Use Cumulus forecast' and 'Update forecast hourly' set to?

Yes, I double checked after I read about a missing decimal point, but I didn't have one in there.
I just noticed the other day when I brought up the console page http://weather.cerchia.com/wconsole.html
on my phone, hadn't used that one in a long time and noticed the "Stormy much precipitation" forecast.
