WS3081 not updating Cumulus

Post by smac70 »

Good afternoon,

I have just set up my Weatherunderground (WU) and Cumulus to display my weather via WU (Station ID: IQUEENSL955). Just wondering if you could help me sort out my setup.

I have a WH3081 station which seems to be working fine to the base station. WU is displaying what is on Cumulus.

It just seems that Cumulus is not getting updated from the base station which then also makes WU incorrect.

I have read the WIKI, rebooted, re-installed, googled myself to death, tried lots of things but no joy!

There must be something I am missing in the Configuration/Station and Internet settings!?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Shaun McNamara

Cumulus is having difficulty communicating with your station. The first thing to try is to reset the console - disconnect USB and remove batteries for a couple of minutes. If that doesn't help, you could try things like a different USB cable (with ferrite chokes), a different USB port etc. Make sure that you have no USB power savings set.

If none of that helps, it may be that the console is faulty.
