Reporting adjustments

I've been told that my station is reporting pressure data inaccurately. So I checked the barometric pressure of about 6 or 7 sites close to me. Mine are considerably lower. I do not have the funds to repair or replace my unit. However, since the difference seems to be consistent, is there a way to implement some sort of offset in CumulusMX before it uploads its data? Further, is there a way to disable barometer readings altogether?
Surrounding stations report mb avg is 1028.175, mine is 1012. The difference being 16.175.
Aside from the folks at Awekas(who reported this anomaly to me), does anyone really care?

You can apply an offset in Cumulus in the calibration settings, but the best way is to set the relative pressure on your station correctly - instructions should be in your station's manual (the method varies slightly between Fine Offset models). You need to restart Cumulus after doing that to pick up the new setting. There's no way to disable pressure readings.

I have looked through the manual. There does not appear to be an offset setting. It can only switch between Actual and Relative, and units. The CD that came with the unit is for a WS-2317, but the unit was made for National Geographic. It's a cheap unit I purchased at Costco several years ago. I think it is now available from Amazon as
MISOL Professional Wireless Weather Station Touch Panel w/ Solar sensor, w/ PC interface which uses the same remote sensors.
Thanks for your help.

There's a Fine Offset manual in the wiki, here -
http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/Fineoffset_manual
On page 10, that says:
1)Touch the PRESSURE section, + button and – button will be flashing. Touch the + button or –
button to Shift the display between Absolute pressure and Relative pressure.
2)Touch the PRESSURE section again, + button and – button will be flashing. Touch the + button
or – button to Shift the display unit between hPa, inHg and mmHg.
3) Touch the PRESSURE section the third time to set the Relative Pressure value. The + and –
button will be flashing, rel icon will light up. Touch the+ button or – button to change the value,
hold the+ button or – button for 3s to change the number in great step.
Step 3, as it says, is setting the relative pressure. That's for the models that manual applies to, of course, which may not include yours.
