Hi
is it possible to get Cumulus to save files to a drive other than the usual C drive.
I have a netbook with a very small :C drive and a much larger D drive.
Thanks
John

Re: Change the drive that Cumulus uses
Now there's the rub; how?
I have looked at all the setups but cannot find an option to 'move' the save folder.
The only thing I can think of is to uninstall Cumulus and reinstall in the D drive but I am not sure if Cumulus allows for the installation in any other directory (its been a long time since I did a clean install.

Re: Change the drive that Cumulus uses
I meant: Just move the whole thing. If it's in C:\Cumulus, move the Cumulus folder to the D drive so it's now in D:\Cumulus.
You could uninstall, reinstall in D:\Cumulus, and then move your data, but it's not really necessary. The only thing that would affect is the place in the registry that Windows stores the location of installed software. If you just move the folder, then if you ever ran the Cumulus installer again for whatever reason, it would offer you C:\Cumulus as the default location for the update; you would need to remember to change it D:\Cumulus.
