As it turns out, things aren't fine. My data was not being uploaded to Wunderground. I tried to re-establish an account with Wunderground, but ended up creating a new one. While trying to resolve that issue and get everything to work correctly, I eventually discovered I had to work with WeatherLink. I called the Davis WeatherLink people and we were able to make WeatherLink upload to Wunderground, but when I turned Cumulus on and turned off WeatherLink, the uploads to Wunderground stopped again. I've never had WeatherLink running in the past - in fact, I recall some instructions that say you can't have two weather programs running at the same time. So where have I gone wrong in all this?

You don't need to do anything with Weatherlink at all to get Cumulus to upload to Wunderground.

Please do the following:

1. If you have an existing debug.log file in the Cumulus directory, delete it.
2. Turn on debug logging
3. After a WU update should have occurred, attach the debug.log file here
4. Please also attach a screen shot of your WU settings in Cumulus.

I deleted the debug file.
I turned on debugging.
Attached is the new debug file after about 20 minutes - WU never updated in those 20 minutes.
Attached is my internet settings screen shot.

You haven't turned it on, by selecting "Enabled".

With hindsight, maybe disabling the controls in each section until Enabled is ticked would have been a good idea - as the graph resize works. But... :groan:

OK - Now I'm back to where I was a few days ago. Let's see how long it lasts this time. Thank you so much. I'll be making another donation for all your help.

Well, it's been two days and it's locked up again. I'm giving up on Cumulus and will just use WeatherLink to see if that's any better. I hate the interface, but if that's the only way to post to WU, I've got no choice.

Wh not post your diags and debug log again after this failure and give us a chance to see what is going on. Cumulus is normally VERY reliable, so there must be some external factor affecting it.

Between 6:50 and 7:00 PM US Central time. I think that's UTC -7

I can't see anything in the diags file which would help. Debug logging wasn't turned on, but I'm not sure that would have helped. If you're getting a 'not responding' message when trying to access the user interface, then as I said earlier, it's probably stuck in some system code somewhere - a driver maybe. Perhaps it was trying to write a log entry to disk.
