Cumulus Homepage translate in to german?

Hi,

i´ve found a language-tool to translate cumulus-homepage in to german.
it works,
but in the hour and date, the English words "at" and "on" are displayed

look, for example the monthly-display:

Höchste Temperatur 8,5 °C at 12:13 on 02 Januar 2016

Can I change those words "at" and "on" somewhere manually into German?
When yes, in wich datei this words are saved?

You will need to change the web tags in the pages template file (e.g. /web/indexT.htm)

See in the Wiki for details of the date/time format strings.

Some tags by default (if no format string is supplied) are formatted as e.g. <#TtempH format="'at' hh: mm 'on' dd/mm/yyyy">
