Processing of non-UTF8 encoded files is currently using ANSI when it should be using ISO-8859-1 - this will be corrected in the next build.

I should have added - so a solution would be to use UTF-8 if you can. Are you using the standard web files, or something else?

You would have to change your templates to be utf-8 encoded, and also change the charset line in the headers:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=Windows-1252"/>
You would then have to select the utf-8 option in Cumulus for each file. It may be quite a bit of work for you. The alternative is to wait for the next build - I can't say when that will be available.

You just need to make sure that your templates have the correct encoding, and that you select the correct encoding in Cumulus.
Normally, this would be iso-8859-1 if you don't have utf-8 selected in Cumulus, and utf-8 if you do have it selected. I assume that windows-1252 can be used instead of iso-8859-1, but I'm not an expert in this area. It is far preferable to use utf-8 wherever possible.
It looks like your web server isn't sending an encoding, so I believe this means that browsers will assume utf-8 by default, but again I'm not sure.
