Historical Data from Easy Weather to Cumulus

Hey everyone. I have a Maplin N96GY. I am new to Weather stations, so dont really understand a lot. I found Cumulus, and found it better than Easy Weather.
However, is there a way of transferring my historical data from Easy Weather into Cumulus? I'm not computer savvy, so please try to dumb it down. haha
Apologies if this has been asked before - I done a google search, and found various things, but they all seem confusing!
