Hi Steve.
After a little juggling finally success!!
I relocated the install into c:\Cumulus as you suggested.
I removed the extras files and now get the standard files uploaded into the correct location on my webserver!
It must have been something to do with permissions on the users desktop.
I did get one failure after doing all this though , and this may be a bug.

Yes, it's because the directory is returned as null rather than 'empty' when set to blank from the UI; it gets set to empty once read back in from Cumulus.ini, so restarting Cumulus should stop it happening again (until you save the internet settings again). I'll fix it...
