Hi,
I have a WeatherDuino station attached to CMX, for some reason the SHT21 sensor is able to give more than 100% Rh 101.7% at the moment.
Werk_AG will do a correction soon.
I have a spike removal set to 100% for humidity, Before i stopped CMX this morning the humidity was reduced to 100% : that was ok.
Since i restarted CMX i have 0% of Rh !!
A link to my WD station : http://laurentmey.fr/test/trends.htm
Mxdiags in attachment.
Thanks

Re: Outside humidity
You can't set a spike removal value for 100%, that's not how spike removal works. But spike removal doesn't apply to Davis stations (and hence Weatherduino) anyway, so that setting has nothing to do with your problem.
When reading the data from Davis stations (and probably all other stations too), MX throws away any values below zero or greater than 100, which is why you weren't getting any humidity reading - once it has a valid reading, it will use that while the current reading in invalid. On start up, if the first reading is already invalid, you have no valid reading to use instead.

I wonder why?steve wrote: But spike removal doesn't apply to Davis stations (and hence Weatherduino) ...
2 days ago i had a temperature spike that had broken all the temperature records!
I would be nice if the spike removal also apply to Davis stations but you have probably a good reason for not doing that.

As Davis stations do not tend to create 'eratic' readings.laulau wrote:I wonder why?steve wrote: But spike removal doesn't apply to Davis stations (and hence Weatherduino) ...
