Hi Steve,
I run 1.8.6 at the moment on a WS1083 station.
If I go for the 1.8.7 version can I just run the setup file and all will be good and existing records are kept? Or do I have to move my existing records first?
Also - is there already a Cumulus 2 version and am I able to run that with my station?
Appreciate your feedback.

Yes, it will work with your station. Not at the same time as Cumulus 1, though, of course. See the Cumulus 2 section of the forum.Also - is there already a Cumulus 2 version and am I able to run that with my station?

I know you're replying to many questions and you refered me to the Cumulus 2 forum.
But I see so many subjects that I don't know where to start.
Is it possible to inform briefly (or refer to another post that states this all) if I should change to Cumulus 2 and what the main differences are. I am a bit of a novice in all of this but of course I would like to keep things up-to-date and if this is the improved version then I would love to try this out.
I appreciate your feedback (as always).

No, don't change to Cumulus 2 yet. It still has lots of bugs, and doesn't have anywhere near the same features as Cumulus 1 yet. C2 is there for people to play and experiment with, and to help me get the early bugs out.
