Trend page graphs not uploading

Hi Guys,

Of recent times (last 3-4 months) the graphs on my Trend page, aren't uploading correctly. When I get Cumulus to Web Update I get a error in the dialogue box - see attached screen shot.
I assume this error means my FTP connection has been terminated by my ISP? Occasionally(once in a blue moon) all of the files are uploaded correctly.

The progress window isn't of any use in diagnosing ftp issues. You need to turn on ftp logging and look at the ftplog.txt file in the Cumulus folder (delete any existing ftplog.txt file before you turn it on).

Here is my FTP log. Although, when you look at my weather web site some of the Trend graphs have fixed themselves.... This happens , everything works for a while, then my tend graphs stop updating.

It's quite hard and time-consuming to look at a large file without knowing what I'm looking for, or when it occurred, but it looks like you are getting timeouts, i.e. occasionally the server doesn't respond to a command.

I see that you are using active ftp mode - you could try passive mode. The ftp server is actually suggesting the same thing:

00:00:12:361 FTP Response: 200 PORT command successful. Consider using PASV.
00:00:12:361 >|200 PORT command successful. Consider using PASV.|
