I woudl like to knwo if I can modify a parameter, since it shows the Rain Today, Rain This Year, Rain this month, to be the same value, its showing 43.81in which is the total for the year.

Use the editor to correct today's rain. Note that the change is not permanently saved until the next log file entry is written. This will affect all of the counters, Cumulus only intentionally counts from when you first run it. You can then add a 'year to date' figure if you wish.
