I'm to turning on Cumulus, and turning off WL, debug log onsteve wrote:I've just noticed you said you also had Weatherlink running, but you said before that all the ftp connections were from Cumulus. Is Weatherlink uploading to the same site? How many ftp connections does it show in the panel?
Did turning off realtime updating not help?
You could try turning on the debug log and see what is logged in there.

OK. Be careful with the debug log, it may have passwords in it (e.g. Wunderground).meteotortosa wrote:I'm to turning on Cumulus, and turning off WL, debug log on

Re: Cumulus - FTP Connect Timeout
There are a number if errors in the log, including a few socket errors - 10065, which is "the server is unreachable". So it looks like you have a connection problem. I guess that what happens is that Cumulus sometimes can't disconnect the ftp connection because of this error.

Re: Cumulus - FTP Connect Timeout
Another attempt,
I uninstall Cumulus, and delete all about Cumulus in my server. Reinstall Cumulus, and upload files needed.
I update manually (File -> Web Update)
and few seconds later, I get
My website control panel
Recently I change the router. Could it be my ISP (Internet Servide Provider) change something of my connection? Could it be something I had missed the setup of my PC? Firewall?
I hope I would have explained well enough, I'm using Google translator to explain it better.

Re: Cumulus - FTP Connect Timeout
Ah, right. If it's a firewall problem, then using 'active ftp mode' may help (if you want to turn the firewall back on).
