TBH, I don't know if this is hardware specific or not but I searched here and can't find the answer.
WMR200A
I've DLs/installed Cumulus. I have the hardware's network address. I can't find how to tell Cumulus where the hardware is on my network. On HELP, I can find info on Davis type and FTP but nothing on initial connection. If easier, just point me to the instructions.

The WMR200 connects via USB to a PC. Cumulus has to run on that PC, and it finds the station automatically, it doesn't need any addresses. You just select WMR200 as the station type.

Hmmm, maybe I described this incompletely. I have a WMR200A. It is currently connected to an Oregon Scientific LW300 and, from there, to my router. Works perfectly with osanywhereweather (which I don't like), Can I not access the 200A through my router?

Not without something on the PC which makes it look like the WMR200 is connected to the PC, via USB. The only protocol information I have for the WMR200 is the USB protocol, and that's what I've implemented. I have no information on accessing a WMR200 in any other way. I have no information on any protocol used for communication with or via a LW300.

Bummer. Is there such thing as a 50' USB cable? Through a wall?

Maximum length for USB 2.0 is just over 16 feet. To get around this you would have to use hubs/repeaters, or something like USB over ethernet.
