bug with forecastenc

Topics about the Beta trials up to Build 3043, the last build by Cumulus's founder Steve Loft. It was by this time way out of Beta but Steve wanted to keep it that way until he made a decision on his and Cumulus's future.

bug with forecastenc

Post by Mopral26 »

hi, on my website in php i use wt_data_inc.php, with the forecastenc variable, i have a problem with accents : quelques précipitations, très perturbé, the good phrase is : quelques précipitations, très perturbé

utf8-encode is in value before variable, it's ok with cumulus 1.9 not with mx, what can i do please ?

EDIT : just unticked utf8 encode in ftp settings, and it's ok .

With utf-8 selected, your input file needs to be utf-8 encoded - is it?

When I get time I'll do some experimenting with utf-8 and accents myself.

I've just tried this and it works fine for me with a text file, using utf-8. I think your problem must be with how you are using the PHP file.
