Inconsistent monthly & today/yesterday records

I have just noticed that my max. wind gust for yesterday is 44 mph (and I saw it occur), the max. wind gust yesterday web tags show 44 mph @ 21:56, but the monthly record web tags for November show 43 mph @ 21:55 yesterday.

Spotted a while ago - see

You know, I had a nagging feeling that it had after I posted, then the internet connection went down and I've just reconnected using my phone tethered and you have already picked it up.
