Recent History Array

Topics about the Beta trials up to Build 3043, the last build by Cumulus's founder Steve Loft. It was by this time way out of Beta but Steve wanted to keep it that way until he made a decision on his and Cumulus's future.

Recent History Array

Post by logjam »

I've noticed a couple of times that my graph line which uses Recent History data is flat with the first value read after the software is restarted. The time of the first data is also seems to be repeated on the X axis. Subsequent data and times are correct.
I assume that the array is not being populated with historic data on start up.

The most likely reason for this is an error of some kind in your monthly log file - the diags file will have messages about this if that's the case.

Have a look at your Nov15log.txt file, at line 6510 (in a decent editor of course!)...
Error at line 6510 of data/Nov15log.txt
Edit: cross posted!

I'd rather have it twice than not at all.

Yes, a string of nulls on that line before the data. Very strange. I'm pleased it was a local problem anyway.
