Posting Webcam Images in tweets?

Forgive me if this has been asked before. I tried searching, but there are so many twitter related posts that it was hard to tell. I did find one thread specifically asking this question, but it was immediately hijacked and went off topic.

Is there any code I can insert in the Twitter file to add my current webcam image to the twitter post? I see auto-tweets with images coming from some of the other personal weather station users that I follow, so the technology must exist somewhere.

I don't respond to every enhancement request, in fact I respond to very few, but posting them in the forum is not helpful anyway (I don't include this thread in this as it is not simply an enhancement request). If they are least put in the Enhancement Request section, there is a greater than zero chance that one day I will get around to implementing them. There is already an enhancement request for including images in a Twitter update, from long before that thread was started. Maybe one day I will get around to doing it.
