I think that Отказано в доступе means Access Denied? Are you running MX as administrator? It needs that in order to act as a web server, unless you use the netsh command given in the instructions. It would be a good idea to read all of the instructions, or you are likely to have more difficulties.

Are there any errors in the MX diags file? Any errors on the command line? Any errors in the F12 console in your browser? Is this a fresh installation and you are trying to set the station type for the first time? Did you copy a Cumulus 1 installation? Was it working before and has stopped working? Do all of the settings screens do the same?

Something you could try would be to use your PC's IP address instead of 'localhost' - some people seem to have problems with localhost on their system.

I used the old configuration file and set the startup option with the English language and have access to the settings. It seems I managed to configure the program.
