Multiple errors with Cumulus

Please can somebody tell me why Cumulus is not working properly? Almost every day I get the error message: Fine offset not responding, you may need to reset it (remove batteries and USB cable), so I do this, and then it works fine. But the very next day I get the same error message again. It is annoying having to reset the console every time because it also resets the pressure and time reading on my console. Is there any way to stop this? Cumulus is saying there is a bug in the download, however this is only today.
Cumulus will also not download any data for when the console is not connected (and it should do). I can't leave it connected at night for safety reasons.
Every time I start up Cumulus, it registers the temperature 0 degrees, which is incorrect. This is logged for everyday at the startup time.
Despite all these probelms, the error light is not currently flashing, and it should be.
So, can anyone help?

Please zip up the diags folder and attach it, and I'll see if I can see anything regarding not downloading the archive data (that isn't related to the problems with the station itself). Have you selected the correct station type in Cumulus?
Note that the problem where the station stops responding is a very common problem with Fine Offset stations the USB interface tends to lock. Cumulus provides an option to 'synchronise Fine Offset reads", this can help prevent the USB interface locking up in many cases.
The bugreport.txt error appears to relate to an invalid date or time entered in the 'this year's records' editor.

You have told Cumulus not to use the station's data logger:
08/11/2015 14:52:43.845 : UseDataLogger=0
This means that it never downloads logger data when it starts up, and the first value to be logged will usually be zero. The end of day reset will be based on incomplete data.
You have set a 'spike removal' value of 0.1 for pressure. This means that any change in pressure of 0.1 mb or more will be rejected. Your station has a resolution of 0.1 mb, so any change in pressure will always be 0.1 mb or more. Hence, whenever the pressure changes, Cumulus starts rejecting the readings:
08/11/2015 14:53:36.776 : Old value = 1016.8 New value = 1016.6 EWpressurediff = 0.1
08/11/2015 14:53:46.780 : Pressure difference greater than specified; reading ignored
It appears that the problem you are having with the station not responding may actually be that the station is being disconnected:
07/11/2015 17:11:39.520 : 17:11:39 EWUSB: HidControl Device Unplug
07/11/2015 17:11:39.520 : VID = 1941 PID = 8021
07/11/2015 17:11:39.520 : Error - station unplugged - check connections
