One small point typing totally in capitals is the offline equivalent of SHOUTING.

Could you give us a clue as to what you have done i.e. have you connected the station, have you started the CumulusMX.exe in a command window as administrator, is there a file in MXdiags that you can upload?

It is difficult to help if we do not know what you have tried.
