The cumulus me does not register the information every minutes on the PC having be paid, but every 5 minutes yes.

If I have the PC in functioning if it me registers the information every minutes.

As I can record data every minute when the pc is turned off?

The logging interval when Cumulus is running is determined by the setting in Cumulus.

The logging interval for those entries which Cumulus downloads from the station's logger at start up is determined by the interval set in the logger. To change that, you will need to use Weatherlink or similar.
