Memory consumption

Hi,
I have a memory consumption problem on my PC:
After a fresh start my memory consumption is ~22% (of 8GB) with my usual programs started (Cumulus Thunderbird etc).
After 5-6 days it's about 80% of the memory which is used, i can't find which program is using so much memory.
This was not the case 8 month ago, but i can't remember that i have installed a new software.
Is there an other way than Windows Taskmanager to find the used memory ?

Thanks

Download Process Explorer from Microsoft System Internals - tells you everything you need.

I had windows 10 doing that, it ended up been a driver with a memory leak...
