Cumulus Support

Hi

I have been having trouble where my Cumulus is not trying to upload to my web site. It works fine if I manually do it. All data is there and correct but it will not do this on its own. I upgraded to Win 10 today in a hope that it might help but it did not.

If anyone is able to assist I would be thankful

Are all of your sensors working correctly? If you've configured automatic updates but it isn't doing them, perhaps this is the problem -

If that isn't the problem, please turn on ftp logging and attach the zipped ftplog.txt file to a reply in this thread. Please also zip up the diags folder and attach it, along with a screen shot of your Cumulus internet settings.

Strange this is that I get regular errors saying " Data input appears to have stopped: check you station and connections" however the Cumulus program has all the real active data. Everything is working and the changes in condition are real time. It just doesn't upload. I have changed no settings it just started doing this

Should be 3 files attached.

Again....i do get that error every minute but it appears all the data is entering into Cumulus even with the error and I can manually update to the web and it is all there

Your pressure reading is far too low, so Cumulus is ignoring it, and hence it's not logging data or doing uploads. It's also having problems communicating with the station - the two problems are likely related. You need to check the cable, and perhaps reset the console. But it may be that the console has become faulty.

Another possibility is that you have two instances of Cumulus running - the timestamps in the diags logs seem to suggest that might be the case.
