I have downloaded and started each of the MX builds as they were released and all has been good. However with b3031 I get no data in any of the interface pages. The headings and pull down menu items all display but no data in anything. Settings is empty, and looks like a new station configuration is expected to be entered. Cumulus seems to be running ok in the DOS window.
As with the previous updates I installed over top of the existing MX, b3030 in this case which worked when I installed it in early September.
I then also tried it for a new install and copying over my Cumulus 1 \data and cumulus.ini/Cumulus.ini but the result was the same.
Did I miss something obvious?
Attached is the MXdiags files.

Re: b3031 no data
The error you're getting is apparently caused because the web server component isn't sending the expected number of bytes. I can't tell what the cause of this is, it may be a side effect of some change that I've done, but I don't think I did any change between 3030 and 3031 that could affect this. You don't currently have a station defined and you start date is 21st September, so you don't have a Cumulus.ini file (there will probably be a default one created now), so it can't currently display any data anyway.
I've tried to reproduce this with a fresh install, and I don't get the same issue. A reboot of your PC may fix the problem (or perhaps clearing your browser cache) - it may be some kind of communication issue between MX and your browser - the connection is possibly being closed before MX has had chance to send the reply.

FWIW
I uploaded 3031 yesterday afternoon, installed it with a copy of my old ini, data, and custom js gauge file and all is working as it should.... So I doubt it is anything Steve changed

Re: b3031 no data
I rebooted computer, and with \data folder and Cumulus.ini from Cumulus1 restarted CumulusMX and this time it seems to work ok. DOS screen says Normal running, but getting web tag errors. The interface is all ok, data files are correct and Sep15log is being updated at the 10 minute interval. So a reboot seems to correct any gremlins.
I restarted CumulusMX a couple of times and each time the same; Normal running, and web tag errors. MXdiags file is attached.
Switched back to Cumulus1 and all continues fine. Started debug log and all is good in it.

You have an invalid web tag; you're supplying an 'm' parameter key to 'RecentRainToday' without supplying a value:
token=RecentRainToday h=20 m=
token=RecentRainToday d=1 h=20 m=
token=RecentRainToday d=2 h=20 m=
token=RecentRainToday d=3 h=20 m=
token=RecentRainToday d=4 h=20 m=
token=RecentRainToday h=20 m=
token=RecentRainToday d=1 h=20 m=
token=RecentRainToday d=2 h=20 m=
token=RecentRainToday d=3 h=20 m=
token=RecentRainToday d=4 h=20 m=
