Cumulus and weather underground

Hi

I'm using Cumulus to upload weather to http://www.wunderground.com/personal-we ... =IHOCHIMI5

Just recently we have had problems with the station, and at the weekend, the software wasn't working as the connection was lost/reset between the computer and console.

Since then, the Wunderground doesn't seem to say that it is updating properly, however, data is showing (not sure if the rain rate is accurate).

Could this be something to do with Cumulus or with the Wunderground site? It is set to update every 1minute. It used to be ok with no problems.

Also, does the next version of Cumulus have scope to show the THSW temp from a Davis Vantage Pro?

Thanks
Mark

When Weather Underground senses no data for at least 2 hours, their system often de-lists your station. Once the data stream is resumed, I've seen them take anywhere from an hour to over a day to put your station back into the system. I am guessing they feel it has to be looked at personally by someone before going back online. I've dealt with this numerous times.

If you are using WLIP from your Davis station, as I do, sometimes it gets ornery and you need to 'refresh' its settings. Go in as if to change something, but don't actually change any settings, then 'save' the 'changes' that you did not make. This can often get Weather Underground communicating with your station again.
